Responsibilities
- Personal Care: support with hygiene, dressing, grooming per individual needs.
- Medication Management: administer and record medications as prescribed.
- Daily Living: assist with meals, housekeeping, and safe living environment.
- Emotional Support: offer companionship and mental well-being support.
- Care Planning: develop and implement personalised care plans with families.
- Mobility: assist with transfers and mobility aids safely.
- Community Integration: accompany clients to activities and appointments.
- Record Keeping: maintain progress notes and incident reports.
- Health Monitoring: report health or behaviour changes to EDHCS.
