Qualifications

• Previous experience in Aged Care.
• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care.

• Open to continuous learning.
• Russian language ability is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care needs as per resident’s individual care plans.
• Provide person-centred care to residents in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Deliver care that respects dignity, choice, and independence.
