Opal HealthCare in NSW is hiring AINs to join the Katoomba View Care Community. Permanent full-time, part-time and casual roles are available with a 7-day rotating roster and flexible shifts to fit your life.

You’ll care for residents with compassion, work with a supportive team, and access study support, scholarships, and parental leave benefits. All roles require a pre-employment medical, police check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Aged Care is required.
• Certificate in Disability is preferred.
• Nursing students currently studying are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate care to residents and support daily living activities.
• Assist with mobility, personal care and daily routines.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and documentation in line with care standards.
• Participate in a 7-day rotating rostering and teamwork.
