Regis Inala Lodge in Melbourne is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centered care for residents in aged care. You will support daily living activities, empower residents to make choices, and help maintain their independence in a respectful, safe environment.

Training is provided if you are new to aged care, and the role offers pathways to ongoing development across Regis’ network.

Qualifications

• A true passion for caring for others.
• A caring credential - a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Nursing, or related health/care studies.
• Prior experience as a personal carer in aged care is a big plus; training provided if new to aged care.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive care that enriches residents’ daily life.
• Support residents’ choices and independence.
• Deliver personalised care that meets Regis Aged Care best practice.
