What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers to understand their needs through structured questioning
• Effectively explain pricing, coverage options, key features, and other relevant product details in line with compliance requirements
• Build strong relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Show resilience and maintain motivation while handling a high volume of consecutive calls
• Stay informed on product offerings, process changes, and industry updates to ensure accurate and compliant information is provided
• Work collaboratively with team members to support a high‑performing, customer‑focused environment

What You’ll Bring
