Job summary

Richard Lloyd Recruitment is recruiting for a hands-on Company Accountant in Western Sydney for a 3-month temporary role with potential to become permanent. You will manage day-to-day finance operations, including end-to-end bookkeeping, payroll support, and financial reporting across business entities.

Hybrid work arrangement post-training, immediate start with full-time rights, and a focus on process improvements within a growing operation.

Qualifications

• Immediately available with full-time working rights.
• Xero experience (will be prioritised).
• Working Holiday Visa (WHV – subclass 417) holders are welcome to apply.
• Strong and confident communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills (v/x look-ups, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end bookkeeping across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Assisting the external team with month-end and year-end requirements.

Our client is a specialist industrial blending and material development company based in Western Sydney. Due to continued growth and an increased workload within the finance team, they are seeking a hands-on Company Accountant to join their operations in Western Sydney.

The Role
