Job summary

Des's Group, a family-owned business with over 50 years in personal transport, is seeking a motivated Taxi Driver to join our community-focused team in SA. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide safe, enjoyable trips, maintain safety and regulatory compliance, and deliver service that exceeds customer expectations.

We offer in-house training to obtain driver accreditation and modern air-conditioned vehicles.

Qualifications

• A full SA drivers licence (essential).
• A Small Passenger Vehicle Driver Accreditation (advantage).
• A proven safe driving record.
• Well-developed personal communication skills.
• A high level of customer service skills.
• Good money and record keeping skills.
• Ability to listen and communicate well.
• Good understanding of Australian Road Rules.
• Good knowledge of local town, streets and activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the passenger receives a safe, enjoyable trip at all times.
• Provide and maintain a safe workplace in accordance with OHS policies and procedures.
• Provide a professional level of service in-line with DIT rules and regulations.
• Deliver a level of service that exceeds our customers expectations.
