Job summary

Dementia and Aged Care Services Batemans Bay NSW is seeking passionate Community Support Assistants to join our community care team on a casual basis, supporting clients aged 65 and over in their own homes with person-centred care.

You will help clients stay connected to their community and maintain independence and wellbeing, providing personal care, social support, meal preparation and light domestic assistance, along with clear communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Community Care (essential).
• Previous experience supporting older people in a community setting.

We are seeking passionate Community Support Assistants to join our community care team on a casual basis for our Batemans Bay location. This role supports aged care clients aged 65 years and above within their own homes, delivering services with a strong person-centred care approach.
