Job summary

MidCoast Council in NSW is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator for a 2 year fixed term to support flood recovery and resilience. You will coordinate recovery projects from planning through delivery, administer grants and budgets, and engage with communities, businesses and service providers.

The role requires listening to community needs, building trust, and delivering practical, community-led initiatives across the MidCoast region.

Qualifications

• Experience in community development, recovery or resilience.
• Strong track record coordinating projects and working with communities to deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Experience administering grants and budgets and coordinating with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recovery projects from planning through delivery.
• Administer the Community Flood Recovery and Resilience Grants Program.
• Manage budgets and reporting for the program.
