HealthcareLink Pty Ltd invites applications for Podiatrists to join their team on a casual basis in Melbourne, offering clinical sessions in clients' spaces. The role focuses on biomechanical assessments, skin and nail care, wound prevention education and orthotics, with diabetes foot health management as part of the caseload.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Podiatry or higher.
• Current Full AHPRA registration.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Have or be willing to obtain: Police Check; NDIS Workers Check; Level 2 First Aid; Professional indemnity insurance; Flu vaccination; COVID-19 vaccination; Own car.

Responsibilities

• Providing biomechanical assessment, general skin and nail care, wound prevention education and management, orthotic prescription and fitting, nail surgery and diabetes foot and limb health assessment/treatment.
• Caseload includes general skin and nail care, wound prevention, post surgical, maintenance and rehabilitation therapy for clients with disabilities.
• Educating and training caregivers.
• Helping clients achieve their own potential.
