Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Evidence of COVID-19 and flu vaccination.
• Regular access to a car.
• Located in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.

Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy services in the community to clients funded through the Support at Home program and Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
• Utilise clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice.
• Continually review current processes with an eye for improvements, including updating our team wiki with best practice.
• Work and communicate with the patient''s care team, including other allied health professionals and care advisers.
• Prepare training and educational materials for the organisations we work closely with.
