Responsibilities

• Provide functional assessments and tailored interventions in clients’ homes.
• Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications.
• Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Engage in our clinical supervision program.
