Empower Healthcare in Brisbane Southern Suburbs is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver home-based OT services within NDIS and Support At Home. You will manage your own caseload with clinical leads' support, working autonomously while collaborating with a team of OTs to share knowledge and drive continuous improvement.

You will produce high-quality reports and contribute to evidence-informed practice.

Formación

• Must hold a relevant degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Registration with AHPRA is required.
• Police Check clearance is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time-management and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide home-based OT assessments and interventions.
• Arrange home modifications and equipment.
• Develop therapy programs to improve daily living and independence.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team for client support.
• Review therapy programs and report progress.
• Maintain accurate records and patient reports.
