Job summary

BlueCare in Caboolture region is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred community care across scheduled visits. You will assess, plan and implement client care while updating care plans to reflect changing needs, ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes.

You will work with a multi-disciplinary team, travel between client homes, and uphold clinical standards. This permanent full-time role offers Not-for-Profit benefits and generous salary packaging options.

Qualifications

• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and work entitlements.
• General nursing experience.
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a suitable vehicle.
• Ability to work autonomously.
