Job summary

Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Occupational Therapist (Level 1/2) to join the Mental Health Core Team at Croydon Health Centre on a part-time basis (32 hours/week). The role supports intake, assessment and care coordination within community services and aims to promote recovery and well-being for diverse consumer groups.

Permanent part-time appointment with NSW Health benefits, ongoing professional development, and access to EAP.

Qualifications

• Recognised tertiary qualifications appropriate to profession and full registration.
• Demonstrated competencies in contemporary mental health practice.
• Commitment to recovery oriented services and consumer involvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake, assessment, treatment and care coordination within Core Team.
• Deliver evidence-based mental health interventions in community settings.
• Support short- and longer-term care planning and discharge pathways.
