Job summary

University of Canberra is seeking a Creative and energetic Community Engagement Coordinator to help connect students with the support, resources, and services available through the UC Medical & Counselling Centre. You will promote wellbeing initiatives and foster awareness across campus.

The role focuses on campaigns, events, digital content, and partnerships to connect students with health services and resources, contributing to a healthier UC community.

Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement, health promotion, communications, marketing, events, or related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating events, campaigns, or engagement activities.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Digital literacy with ability to create engaging content across platforms.
• Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver health promotion campaigns and wellbeing initiatives.
• Plan and facilitate health-themed events and activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and distribute engaging digital and print promotional materials.
• Manage online communications channels.
