Zusammenfassung

Ngala Community Services is seeking a dedicated Coordinator – Child and Parent Centre Rangeway in Geraldton to lead day-to-day operations, strengthen community partnerships and ensure high-quality, culturally responsive services for families with young children.

You will work with families, staff, Rangeway Primary School and local partners to plan, deliver and review programs, while aligning with Ngala’s strategic priorities and purpose.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in multi-disciplinary teams and across government and non-government agencies.
• Demonstrated Aboriginal cultural competency and respectful engagement with Aboriginal communities.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and group facilitation skills; capable of conflict resolution.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day operations of the centre and ensure high-quality, culturally responsive services.
• Strengthen partnerships with schools, agencies and community partners to align programs with needs.
• Oversee program delivery, ensure contractual obligations are met, and manage allocated budget.
• Contribute to strategic planning and service integration across Ngala sites.
• Coordinate planning, delivery and review of programs for children and families; maintain communications and reporting.
