Central Coast Local Health District is seeking a Dietitian in a maternity relief role across home, community and group settings. Temporary part-time position, 32 hours per week, remuneration $40.05-$57.14 per hour, across CCLHD, NSW.

The role supports evidence-based nutrition care and collaborative practice in a multidisciplinary team. Applicants must have Nutrition and Dietetics degree enabling Dietitians Australia full membership, NSW driver license, and NSW work rights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics that provides for full membership of the Dietitians Australia and a current NSW driver licence.
• Clinical experience providing clinical nutrition services to clients with chronic, neurological, progressive, age-related conditions or end of life care in community settings.
• Strong assessment, intervention, and group facilitation skills.
• Ability to integrate self-management and evidence-based practice into clinical care.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Applicants must have current work rights in Australia or be a permanent resident or citizen.

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence-led nutrition assessment and intervention across home, community and group program settings in compliance with the Dietitian's Code of Professional Conduct and Statement of Ethical Practice.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues and allied health assistants to deliver timely, client-focused care.
• Support group education initiatives delivered at community centres as part of broader allied health programs.
• Contribute to quality improvement, research and service development activities within Community Allied Health.
