Job summary
BlueCare in Queensland is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred community care across Ormeau, Logan Reserve, Canungra and surrounds. This permanent part-time role focuses on safe, high-quality nursing in clients' homes, with travel between visits.
You will assess, plan and implement care, update plans as needs evolve, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while adhering to clinical standards. AHPRA registration and a valid driver's licence are essential.
Qualifications
- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements - Essential.
- General nursing experience, post-registration.
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential.
- Vehicle to use for work- Essential.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet probity checks.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope.
- Consider physical, social and psychological requirements.
- Create and update care plans reflecting developing needs.
- Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary team members.
