We’re partnering with a leading organisation in the property and construction sector to appoint an experienced Communications professional. This is a pivotal role supporting the business through clear, engaging and strategic internal and external communications during a period of growth and transformation.

As the Communications Manager/Senior Advisor, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, project teams and operational staff to shape the organisation’s narrative, enhance its reputation, and ensure consistent, timely messaging across multiple channels.

About the Role
  • Develop and deliver communication strategies that support business goals, project milestones and stakeholder engagement.
  • Craft high-quality content across internal channels, media releases, project updates, executive communications and digital platforms.
  • Translate complex, technical information into clear, accessible messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Manage proactive and reactive communications, ensuring alignment of key messages across the organisation.
  • Support change communications and business-wide initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, project partners and industry contacts.
  • Contribute to brand reputation, thought leadership and community engagement activities.
About You
  • Proven experience in Communications, Corporate Affairs or similar roles, ideally within property, construction, infrastructure, engineering or a related field. Ideally 5+ years' experience.
  • Strong writing, editing and content development skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Confident stakeholder manager who can build trust and influence at all levels.
  • Ability to navigate complex environments and proactively identify communication risks and opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with multiple projects and competing deadlines.
