Job summary

Upscale Funds Management seeks a Communications Coordinator to join our marketing and communications team in Toowoomba, QLD. The role develops, executes and manages internal and external communications strategies to enhance our brand presence.

You will produce content, manage channels, coordinate with departments and support events, with interstate travel a few times a year as required. This hands-on position is ideal for a practical, detail-focused communicator.

Qualifications

• A degree in Communications or Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1-5 years' experience in a communications role, graduates with results considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate communications campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create engaging written content including press releases and blogs.
• Manage social media accounts and monitor engagement.
• Coordinate with internal departments for aligned messaging.
• Assist planning and execution of company events, webinars, and presentations.
• Maintain communications databases and distribution lists.
• Monitor performance metrics and report campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure messaging complies with brand guidelines and policies.
• Support internal communications initiatives to promote employee engagement.
