A leading hotel in Sydney is seeking a Commis Chef to support their culinary team. This role involves assisting with daily kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and ensuring food quality. Candidates should hold a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery and have a strong understanding of food safety. Reporting to Praveen our Director of Culinary you will be assisting our culinary team with daily operational aspects of the kitchen and related outlets from buffet breakfast to Pumphouse Bar and restaurant to in room dining and function services.
Due to the high-volume nature of the role you will be adept at working under pressure in a high-volume environment.
