In this role, you'll:

Lead commercial and risk management activities across complex infrastructure projects, facilitate risk and opportunity workshops, develop delivery and procurement strategies, support tender development, evaluation and negotiation processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Initially, the focus will be on shaping project delivery strategies, managing procurement activities and overseeing tender processes. Following contract award, the role will transition to working closely with contractors to administer contracts, manage commercial performance, resolve commercial issues and support successful project delivery.

You'll gain exposure to major project delivery environments while influencing commercial outcomes and strengthening risk management capability across project teams.

You will lead innovative commercial and risk management solutions that drive project certainty, informed decision-making and effective risk allocation in a complex, fast-paced infrastructure delivery environment.

This is a fixed term 2 year role. This will service the REZ project. Role may require travel to project sites and stakeholder locations as needed.

About You

Your commercial, risk management and project delivery expertise, formed across infrastructure, construction, engineering, transport or related sectors, will see you excel in developing procurement and delivery strategies, managing project risk profiles, facilitating stakeholder workshops and delivering sound commercial outcomes across projects of varying scale and complexity.

You're recognised as a strategic and collaborative professional, skilled at influencing stakeholders, negotiating outcomes and translating complex commercial and risk information into practical solutions. Experienced in transport or major infrastructure project delivery, you'll bring strong commercial acumen, risk management expertise and contract model knowledge to support successful project outcomes and value-for-money delivery.
