The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a broad commercial litigation role at Associate or Senior Associate level, with exposure to market-leading work. The team has not recruited in the market for some time, making this a genuinely rare opening in a top-tier disputes practice.

The team handles complex commercial claims, contract disputes, class actions, regulatory investigations, and enforcement proceedings in Victorian and federal courts, as well as strategic dispute resolution and risk management.

You will act on strategically significant and headline-making matters:

• Complex commercial litigation and arbitration
