As part of this winning Commercial Law team being mentored by a STAND-OUT industry-leading Partner + a calibre senior specialist lawyer, you will enjoy advising and litigating on a diverse multitude of intellectually stimulating, challenging and interesting commercial legal issues relating to but not limited to:

• Sale and purchase of businesses
• Franchising, commercial contracts, debt recovery / insolvency
• Property sales / purchases and leases, mortgages
• Intellectual property, employment law, construction law and trade practices / consumer law

You will have full carriage of your own files and have direct relationships with your clients.
