A prominent legal recruitment agency is seeking a Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Lawyer in Adelaide with 1–2 years of post-admission experience. The role offers involvement in high-value litigation cases and the chance to work closely with several Partners, enhancing your skills through hands-on participation and direct client interaction.
This is a great opportunity for a Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Lawyer with 1–2 years PAE to join Adelaide’s largest high‑end commercial litigation practice, working across a broad group of nearly ten Partners. You’ll learn from a wide variety of highly regarded practitioners on significant matters spanning South Australia and interstate, gaining exposure that’s rarely available at this level in this market.
You’ll work across a broad mix of commercial disputes for major institutional and substantial private clients, contributing to drafting, analysis and matter preparation. The team runs high‑value, often multi‑party litigation, giving you genuine insight into the full lifecycle of disputes and the chance to build capability through hands‑on involvement.
You’ll be part of an open, collaborative culture where senior litigators are accessible and engaged. The practice operates without rigid hierarchies, allowing you to work with several Partners across different matters and build confidence through regular interaction with clients and colleagues.
This role suits a 1–2 PAE commercial litigation lawyer who enjoys complex problem‑solving, clear communication, and working across multiple files. Strong organisation and attention to detail will set you up well, and the breadth of work will naturally broaden your experience as you progress.
There’s a clear pathway to Associate and beyond, supported by national resources, structured learning programs, and exposure to increasingly challenging matters. It’s an excellent prospect for someone who wants to build a long‑term disputes career while contributing meaningfully from the outset.
