Qualifications

• 3–7 years’ post-admission experience in commercial law
• Exposure to energy, infrastructure, or construction projects is highly regarded
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Commercial mindset with a solutions-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Provide pragmatic legal advice across project, construction, and energy matters.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives and project delivery.
• Support governance, compliance, and risk management functions.
• Collaborate with internal and external specialist advisors.
