Mills Recruitment presents an experienced Team Leader opportunity in Western Australia, based in Wattleup. If you have a hands-on background in commercial landscaping, vegetation management or grounds maintenance, this role will let you lead a skilled crew and own day-to-day operations.

You will build strong client relationships, oversee mowing, spraying, and machinery, and drive growth as the business expands. The casual role offers real progression with a temp-to-perm path for the right person.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in commercial landscaping, grounds maintenance or vegetation management.
• Experience in leading a small team or supervisory duties is essential.
• Strong knowledge of mowing and spraying equipment and vegetation control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a small team across mowing, spraying, grounds maintenance and vegetation management.
• Manage daily schedules, workloads, safety and service quality across multiple sites.
• Operate and oversee commercial mowers, spray units, track loaders and machinery.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to grow the business.
• Help recruit, train and develop additional crews.
