Job summary

Select People in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to service commercial/industrial sites across South East Queensland. The role focuses on year-round landscape maintenance with opportunities to join project work and the soft-landscape team.

You'll work Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:00pm, with a permanent, full-time contract. Great pathway to lead roles and career progression in a supportive crew.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' commercial, industrial or body corporate landscape maintenance experience.
• Good plant identification and practical horticultural knowledge.
• Confidence operating zero-turn and ride-on mowers and other landscape equipment.
• Current Queensland driver’s licence and ability to tow a plant trailer.
• White Card
• AC/DC licence, or willingness to obtain one.
• Good attention to detail and pride in site presentation.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with clients/site contacts.
• Smartphone/tablet used for daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial and industrial landscapes across South East Queensland.
• Operate zero-turn, ride-on and push mowing; edging, pruning and weed control.
• Irrigation checks and basic repairs; turf maintenance and plant health.
• Complete site reporting, checklists and before/after photos via phone or tablet.
• Liaise professionally with clients and site contacts and support less experienced crew members.
• Opportunity to assist with soft-landscape construction and project work.
