Mills Oakley is seeking a Lawyer or Associate (2-4 years’ PQE) to join the Sydney Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team, working with Marc Rossi and a diverse client base including major banks, financial institutions and corporate entities.

You will contribute to recoveries work, enforcement actions, dispute resolution, litigation, insolvency and restructuring matters, with a collaborative approach and strong drafting and advocacy skills.

Competenze

• 2-4 years PQE in reputable practice.
• Experience in recoveries, disputes, commercial litigation and/or insolvency.

The Role

Our Sydney Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team is growing and we are seeking a Lawyer or Associate (2-4 years’ PQE) to predominantly work alongside Marc Rossi. You’ll work with a diverse client base including major banks, financial institutions, insolvency professionals, and corporate entities. Your role will involve playing a key part in recoveries work, enforcement action, dispute resolution, litigation, insolvency and restructuring matters.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have between 2-4 years’ experience in a reputable practice in recoveries, disputes, commercial litigation and/or insolvency. You will have strong experience and interest in in financial services recoveries, insolvency and disputes. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, time management and communication skills, drafting, and advocacy skills, with a collaborative mindset and commitment to client service.
