Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle ensuring terms conditions and obligations are clearly understood and met.
  • Draft review and finalise a range of commercial documents including contracts variations confidentiality agreements and termination letters.
  • Develop and manage reports dashboards and trackers (e.g. spend analysis rebate tracking contract status).
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure all eligible rebates are tracked claimed and reported.
  • Identify and implement improvements to contract management processes tools and templates
  • Provide administrative and coordination support across procurement and commercial functions
