Buildability Group Trades and Labour Roles is seeking reliable Construction Labourers for ongoing commercial construction and remedial projects across Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs and surrounding areas. Immediate starts available with ongoing work and competitive hourly rates.

Ideal candidates will have White Card, construction labouring experience, strong safety awareness and reliable attendance. Travel to Sydney sites and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.

• Previous experience working on construction sites.
• Having a current White Card.
• Construction labouring experience.
• Strong understanding of site safety.
• Reliable transport or ability to travel to Sydney construction sites.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support large-scale commercial construction projects on-site.
• Assist with site preparation, material handling and deliveries.
• Contribute to remedial and refurbishment works.
• Assist trades and site teams to maintain safety and housekeeping.
• Support demolition, stripping-out and concrete/structural duties as required.

Buildability Group is currently seeking reliable Construction Labourers for a range of ongoing commercial construction and remedial building projects across Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs and surrounding areas.

We have consistent work available for experienced labourers looking to secure ongoing construction work with reputable builders and contractors on large-scale projects.

About the Roles: We are currently recruiting Construction Labourers, Skilled and General for projects including:

• Large-scale commercial construction
• High-rise construction
• Commercial fit-out projects
• Building remedial works
• Refurbishment and renovation projects
• Demolition and strip-out
• Concrete and structural works
• Site preparation and clean-up
• Material handling and deliveries
• General construction labouring duties

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous experience working on construction sites
• A current White Card
• Construction labouring experience
• Strong understanding of site safety
• Reliable transport or ability to travel to Sydney construction sites
• Good communication skills
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Additional construction tickets and experience are highly regarded –

Such as telehandler, working at heights, forklift, EWP + 11 boom, hoist – higher rates discussed for these roles.
