Job summary

Ambition is recruiting a Commercial Business Partner to support Australia and New Zealand performance with hands-on FP&A and strong business partnering. You will work with senior stakeholders, drive budgeting and forecasting, and develop robust financial models to inform strategic decisions.

Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, you will influence the finance function and provide valuable financial insight as the team navigates a period of transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or FP&A role.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capability.
• Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Prior insurance industry experience or understanding of insurance drivers.
• Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience using TM1.
• Curiosity around emerging technologies and continuous improvement.
• Thrives in a changing environment during transformation.

• Work closely with a range of stakeholders across finance and the broader organisation.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior members of the business partnering team.
