• Managing conveyancing and leasing files (QLD/NSW) and overseeing teams
• Provide commercially-sound legal advice with strong client service and balance priorities

Your Role Will Include:

You’ll work across a broad range of quality commercial and property matters, including:

Advising clients on all areas of commercial law:

• Business sales and acquisitions
• Retail and commercial leasing
• Shareholder and partnership agreements
• Franchising, buy/sell agreements
• Structuring, loans, licences and more

Managing high-quality property files, including:

• QLD and NSW conveyancing (residential and commercial)
• Off-the-plan transactions and developments
• Inter-family property transfers
• Overseeing conveyancing and leasing teams and providing mentorship
• Providing commercially-sound legal advice with a strong client service focus
• Maintaining attention to detail and managing competing priorities with ease
• Working directly with our directors to continue building a high-performing, positive team
