G.D. Mitchell Enterprises Pty. Ltd. is hiring a Storeperson to support daily warehouse operations in Sydney. You will work Monday to Thursday, 3:30am–12:30pm and Friday 5:00am–9:00am, in a -18°C to -24°C freezer environment.

You will receive, pick, pack, and dispatch stock, using forklifts and other equipment, while ensuring inventory accuracy and safe procedures. This role offers stability within a growing business and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, stores, logistics or cold storage environment preferred.
• Current Forklift Licence (LF) required.
• Ability to work in a -18°C to -24°C freezer environment.
• Physically capable of manual handling tasks.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a -18°C to -24°C freezer environment while following cold storage procedures.
• Receive, pick, pack and dispatch stock to meet deadlines.
• Load, unload and move products using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock checks and system transactions.
• Contribute to a positive, reliable, team-focused workplace culture.
