Job summary

CHILL seeks an MR/HR driver to deliver cold chain freight while building trust with customers. You will be the main CHILL representative at doors, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time deliveries.

You will drive regular routes, assist with loading/unloading up to 35kg, perform pre-trip inspections, capture POD photos, log temperatures, and complete end-of-day reports, all while upholding CHILL standards.

Qualifications

• Current, valid MR or HR licence.
• Right to work in Australia.
• Genuinely comfortable talking to customers.
• Tech-friendly: Carton Cloud, iAuditor, and smartphone POD systems.
• Physically fit for daily manual handling up to 35kg.
• Reliable and punctual with accurate paperwork and photos.

Responsibilities

• Driving an MR/HR truck on regular cold chain delivery routes.
• Loading and unloading freight - up to 35kg on most stops.
• Pre-trip vehicle inspections via iAuditor - every shift.
• Five mandatory POD photos per delivery using our tech and labels.
• Record temperatures to one decimal place; contact transport if readings are HACCP out of range.
• Complete manifest and end-of-day report submission.
• Represent CHILL professionally at every door.
