Artemus Group are on the lookout for experienced Cocktail Bartenders to join the opening team of a new bar in Manly!

We’re bringing a bold new bar to Manly Wharf with everything we love about great drinks and good times. Expect perfectly crafted cocktails, pints of Guinness, premium tequilas, an impressive back bar stocked with top-shelf whiskeys, gins and spirits, a curated wine list, and a soundtrack leaning in to rock and alternative to set the vibes.

We’re looking for bartenders who are genuinely passionate about their craft - whether you’re an experienced cocktail pro or someone eager to learn and sharpen your skills. Training is a big part of what we do, and you’ll be learning from some of the best in the city. With pool tables, a stunning fit-out, an incredible sound system, and a long bar purpose-built for serious service, this is a venue designed for people who love what they do.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through engaging, professional, and attentive service.
• Craft and curate premium cocktails with creativity and consistency.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the cocktail and beverage menu, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
• Support venue operations by keeping the bar clean, stocked, and organised at all times.
• Handle all guest enquiries immediately with care and courtesy.
• Manage cash register and monetary transactions correctly.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a high-volume bar environment.
• Strong cocktail knowledge and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• A confident, engaging personality with a focus on delivering memorable experiences.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexible availability — nights and weekends preferred.
• Current RSA essential.
