I Med is launching a brand-new PET and Nuclear Medicine service at St Stephen's Hospital in Hervey Bay, QLD. We seek a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to help establish the department across Hervey Bay and Bundaberg, delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging with state-of-the-art Siemens PET/CT equipment.

Qualifikationen

• Current AHPRA registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• Qualification and accreditation in Diagnostic CT.
• Strong commitment to patient-centred care and clinical excellence.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Aufgaben

• Performing general Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT procedures.
• Preparation and quality control of radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with manufacturer and regulatory standards.
• IV cannulation and administration of prescribed radiopharmaceuticals.
• Ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
• Collaborating closely with radiologists, referrers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Contributing to the development and success of a newly established PET/Nuclear Medicine service.
