Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts sourcing and customer service within a dealership.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source correct parts for makes, models and variants.
• Process orders, pricing and invoicing accurately.
• Manage stock: receiving, cataloguing and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers and workshop teams to resolve parts issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
