Job summary

Decor Systems Australia is seeking experienced CNC Operators to join our Western Sydney manufacturing team. This full-time role covers morning, afternoon and night shifts at our 5,500 m² facility, operating CNC machines including Biesse and Woodtron to produce architectural panels for commercial projects across Australia.

You will read and interpret production drawings, set up machinery and tooling, monitor quality and assist with daily production targets in a supportive, stable environment with

Qualifications

• Previous CNC operator experience preferred.
• Experience with timber/panel processing is a plus.
• Ability to read technical drawings.

About the Role

You’ll be part of our manufacturing team, operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality architectural wall and ceiling products used in commercial projects across Australia.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating CNC machinery, including Biesse and Woodtron equipment.

• Reading and interpreting production drawings and machining instructions.

• Setting up machinery, tooling and materials.

• Monitoring machining accuracy and maintaining quality standards.

• Identifying and troubleshooting basic machining issues.

• Working collaboratively to achieve daily production targets.

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery.

• Experience in timber, joinery, cabinetmaking, panel processing or a similar manufacturing environment.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• A reliable attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with Biesse or Woodtron machinery would be highly regarded but isn't essential.

• Night Shift – Suitable for those who prefer working nights, with applicable shift allowances.
