Blue Water Engineering is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our Molendinar, QLD team. This full-time role involves operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality machined parts in a precision-driven environment.

You will interpret engineering drawings, run programs, perform routine maintenance, and work with the engineering team to drive process improvements while keeping detailed production records and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
• Strong knowledge of CNC operation, programming, and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Operate CNC machines to manufacture parts per specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to set up machines and programs.
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify process improvements.
• Maintain detailed production records and logs.
