Emerald Heights in Redmond, WA is seeking a Nursing Assistant to advance toward a Registered Nurse role. The role provides basic personal care and supports residents' quality of life in a full continuum of care.

We offer educational assistance for full-time staff, a day shift 6am-2pm on a rotating 4 on 2 off schedule, and a competitive pay scale from $25.71 to $29.99 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Active WA CNA license (or equivalent).
• AED, HIV/AIDS training within 30 days of hire.
• Food Handler’s permit, First Aid and CPR.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Effective English communications skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities per care plans.
• Deliver nursing-related activities within guidelines and regulations.
• Monitor residents and respect privacy and preferences.
• Collaborate with Neighborhood Team to support holistic care.
• Act as emergency responder with AED and supplies.
• Report changes to licensed nurse and supervisor.
