Lead your team to success in a high energy, fast moving retail environment! There will be an opportunity to cluster manage up to 3 stores.

Your New Role

As the Cluster Manager, you’ll lead one of the busiest stores in the network. Wollongong will be your home base and once you’re settled in you’ll take on extra leadership across nearby stores. You’ll own the day to day from the shop floor to creating a space where your team feels supported and customers leave feeling confident. This is a hands‑on role where you set the standard for service, energy and presentation while keeping the store trading smoothly.

What You Will Get Up To

• Lead a team who are genuinely passionate about style and great service
• Be out on the floor driving energy, service and store atmosphere
• Hit sales and KPIs by coaching and supporting your team
• Develop future leaders through training and clear expectations
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong VM and stock control
• Manage the day to day essentials like rostering, compliance and operations
• Support other Store Managers when required as well as store visits when you are up and running in the brand

The Experience Checklist

• Retail management experience in high stock and high turnover fashion environments
• Exposure to dual site or cluster leadership is ideal, although strong flagship experience is also valued
• A consistent record of achieving KPIs and lifting team performance
• Confident people leadership with a focus on coaching and developing others
• Solid skills in stock flow, VM and maintaining strong operational standards
• A genuine love of fashion with an easy ability to engage trend focused customers
