Goodlife Health Clubs, part of Fitness and Lifestyle Group (FLG), is seeking a Club Manager in Brisbane, Australia. You will set the vision, inspire your team, and lead the club to sustained success, combining people leadership with commercial insight and operational excellence.

You will drive exceptional member experiences, manage budgets and P&L, and recruit and coach staff while fostering a high-performing team and a thriving community.

Responsabilidades

• Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvement
• Proactive contribution to your club's sales targets
• Management of your club's projected and actual Profit and Loss levels
• Leading in the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concerns
• Recruitment, training and retention of staff members
• Conduct weekly 1:1 and team meetings with departmental leaders
• Annual performance appraisals

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvement
• Proactive contribution to your club's sales targets

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high volume and fast paced environment. Ideally within the fitness industry
• Strong stakeholder management with exceptional verbal, written and time management skills
• Experience in managing budgets and monitoring & reporting on P&L
• Ability to engage and inspire a diverse team across club operations
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
