Job summary

Snap Fitness Burwood is seeking a self-motivated Club Manager to oversee a busy, 10-year-old club with 1,000+ members. You will lead a team of 8 Personal Trainers, drive sales and member satisfaction, and report to the franchise owner. The role offers opportunities to advance to Area Manager for the right experience.

You will manage daily operations, ensure excellent member experiences, and work Monday to Friday 10am–7pm while delivering results and growth for the club.

Qualifications

• Certificate III and IV in Fitness are a bonus.
• 3+ years' experience in Management or leading a team in the Fitness Industry.
• 3+ years' experience in any customer service industry.
• Experience in a sales role.
• A strong leader with people skills.
• Experience in recruiting, training and driving a Personal Trainer team.
• Highly self-motivated, self-disciplined and driven to achieve results.
• Experience in Social media channels.
• Monday-Friday 10am-7pm required.

Owner of 3 other highly successful clubs. The other Managers have a combined 20+ years' experience in the Health and Fitness Industry. Work with and be trained by other highly skilled and successful Managers with proven track records.

Skills and experience requirements

The successful candidate

• This is a full time position with Immediate start for the right person
• Probation period of 3 months
• Will receive training in all aspects of Managing a gym
• Ongoing Training and hands on Support from Management
