This role requires an individual who is hardworking, punctual and self-confident, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Your ability to multi-task effectively is crucial. You will frequently be the first point of contact for Desire Gold Coast clientele, so skills including superior dictation, a polite telephone manner and charisma are vital. An important facet of duties involves liaising with visitors to the brothel (mostly gentlemen).

The Manager must be open-minded and have the ability to relate to a broad range of people, including the working ladies of Desire Gold. Management is responsible for ensuring that a happy, enjoyable, safe environment is maintained on a consistent basis.

The safety and security of the ladies, clients and premises is your main objective. On occasion, you may be required to solve problems, resolve complaints, and mediate between the ladies and the clients.

You must be able to confidently liaise with enquiries from clients regarding the brothel. Secondly, computer literacy is a must. From time to time, you will experience firsthand a diverse range of scenarios where problem-solving and mediation between our staff and clients is a necessity.
