Marriott Melbourne Docklands is looking for a friendly MClub Host to deliver dynamic guest service in the Executive Lounge. Join a global hospitality leader and become part of a team that values relationships, collaboration, and professionalism.

As a host you will warmly welcome guests, be the hotel expert, and ensure service exceeds expectations. Weekend availability and shifts from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm are required, and a valid RSA certificate is essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests in the Executive Lounge
• Warmly welcome and serve our guests
• Be an expert on the hotel, know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a dynamic service experience
• Meet & connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations

About You

• A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanor
• Personable communication skills
• Availability to work weekends
• Energising motivation - its infectious - no job is too big or too small
• A passion for the industry, a want to be the best in service
• Availability to work shifts from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
• A current RSA Certificate is required
