Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in large and complex enterprise environments.
Experience supporting cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure or multi-cloud environments.
Knowledge of cloud networking, security, infrastructure operations and troubleshooting complex issues.
Experience with automation, monitoring tools and modern cloud operations.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

Support and optimise cloud platforms across AWS, Azure and hybrid environments.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking and security issues to maintain reliable services.
Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk.
Collaborate with managed service providers, technical teams and stakeholders to deliver cloud solutions and service improvements.
Monitor cloud performance, availability, security and cost, ensuring services are scalable and fit for purpose.
