Job summary

Brunel is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a high-performing digital team delivering innovative solutions within a large-scale enterprise environment in Brisbane, Australia.

You will build modern cloud-native applications using React for the front end and C#/.NET Core on the back end, design relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server), and deploy within AWS. Collaborative lifecycle with product managers, designers and engineers is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience developing with C# and .NET Core.
• Proven experience building modern front-end applications with React.
• Experience working with relational databases and database optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as RDS, Lambda, Fargate, ECS or EKS.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and C#/.NET Core.
• Design and optimise relational databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL or SQL Server.
• Build and deploy applications within AWS cloud environments.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers and engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, testing activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
