Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience in cloud, DevOps, platform engineering, or related roles.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
Experience deploying cloud-based applications.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automating infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting across Linux, containers, networking, and distributed systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-facing technical experience in banking/financial services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable cloud environments for enterprise customers.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Enterprise Support, and Product Engineering.
Deploy production-grade solutions in customers' cloud infrastructure.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure provisioning.
Implement observability with metrics, logging, and monitoring.
Deploy and operate production-grade Kubernetes clusters and manage releases.
Troubleshoot and optimize containerized workloads and cloud-native services.
Work with kubectl, Helm, ingress controllers, and cloud services.
Engage directly with enterprise customers to support deployments and improvements.
